Job Description
Introduction:
We are looking for an experienced Core HR Compensation Lead with expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) and a strong understanding of K-12 education environments. The role will involve leading payroll operations, system optimization, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within our organization''s HCM platform.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Core HR processing for a K-12 workforce, including salaried, hourly, substitute, and contract staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple pay cycles (bi-weekly, semi-monthly, off-cycle).
- Oversee payroll audits, reconciliations, and year-end activities (W-2s, 1099s, tax filings).
- Manage payroll-related inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Experience with Core HR - 5 end-to-end implementations.
- Strong understanding of HCM and Core HR Compensation.
- Experience in payroll audits and reconciliations.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of school district pay structures and union agreements.
- Experience with regulatory requirements in K-12 education environments.
