Responsibilities:
Drive innovation for the command's SharePoint portal and sites by identifying and implementing new features and process improvements.
Host and facilitate technical briefings, capability demonstrations, and planning meetings for senior military and C-Suite level leadership.
Design, organize, and conduct formal training workshops and events to increase user proficiency and adoption of SharePoint and Power Platform tools.
Leverage strong documentation skills to create and maintain clear, concise SharePoint user guides, "how-to" articles, FAQs, and technical papers.
Demonstrate excellent task management skills by effectively tracking all work, notes, and customer interactions within the internal ticketing system.
Must possess demonstrated working experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint forms for tasks.
Controlling access to sites, document libraries, and setting permissions across HUB and spoke SharePoint sites.
Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions.
Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data.
Provide SharePoint support to customers on Out-of-the-box features for Modern SharePoint Online sites, pages, document libraries, and lists.
Provide content management training to users on how they can use Out-of-the-box features and update their content.
Manage creation, modification, and deletion of SharePoint Online sites and their respective connection to HUB site(s).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
