Role Agentic AI Developer

Location: San Leandro, CA

Contract

Note: In Person interview with Client is mandatory.

The role requires strong knowledge of Agentic AI development, including expertise in Agent-to-Agent (A2A) orchestration and Model Context Protocol (MCP). The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities, strong software development skills, and the drive to learn quickly, experiment, and implement advanced AI solutions that deliver real business impact for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI systems leveraging A2A and MCP frameworks.
Build autonomous workflows and multi-agent interactions that improve customer experiences and operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and customer teams to identify use cases and translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Rapidly prototype and experiment with new ideas, tools, and frameworks, continuously refining approaches.
Integrate AI agents with customer-facing applications and enterprise systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
Stay current on cutting-edge AI research, tools, and trends (especially in autonomous agents and orchestration).
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, while contributing to best practices and knowledge sharing.

Skills required:

Strong understanding of Agentic AI development, including A2A and MCP concepts.
Hands-on experience in software development (Python, Java, or equivalent).
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
Solid grasp of system integration, APIs, and cloud services.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn and apply new technologies.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
