Summary

Required Qualifications

8+ years of UI/UX design experience in enterprise applications.

Strong portfolio demonstrating web and application design projects.

Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.

Experience designing responsive and mobile-friendly web applications.

Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility (WCAG), and user-centered design.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications

Experience modernizing legacy applications.

Familiarity with ReactJS component-based design.

Understanding of Java Spring Boot application architecture.

Experience creating enterprise design systems and reusable UI patterns.

Knowledge of healthcare, insurance, finance, or other regulated industries is a plus.
