CMMS Specialist SAP PM/MM

We are seeking experienced CMMS Specialists with strong SAP PM/MM expertise to support maintenance master data optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates will focus on asset hierarchy development, preventive maintenance optimization, equipment Bills of Materials (BOMs), and spare parts data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve asset and equipment records in SAP PM.
• Develop and maintain functional locations and asset hierarchies.
• Review and optimize preventive maintenance plans, task lists, and maintenance strategies.
• Develop and maintain equipment BOMs and support spare parts optimization.
• Perform large-scale data cleansing, validation, and analysis using Microsoft Excel.
• Support SAP PM/MM master data improvements and data migration activities.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability, and Supply Chain teams.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with established data governance standards and ISO 14224 principles.
• Prepare SAP data load templates and support mass data-loading activities.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with CMMS or SAP PM/MM in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or process environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP PM technical objects and maintenance master data.
• Hands-on experience with equipment records, functional locations, maintenance plans, task lists, and equipment BOMs.
• Experience with preventive maintenance strategies and workflows.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, data validation, and large-dataset management.
• Knowledge of asset hierarchy development and data quality improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA PM/MM.
• Knowledge of Winshuttle or SAP mass-loading tools.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, petrochemical, refinery, or heavy industrial environments.
• Familiarity with spare parts optimization and maintenance reliability concepts.
• Experience supporting CMMS optimization or system improvement projects.
