Job Overview:
Pay Range: $95.00hr - $100.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 8+ years of experience in organizational change management.
- Experience in OCM leadership within complex insurance or technology transformations.
- Experience adapting enterprise global change approaches to regional audiences and business context.
Responsibilities:
- Perform stakeholder identification analysis, change impact assessment, engagement, and readiness planning.
- Establish sustainable change practices, artifacts, and governance for eventual client ownership.
- Establish the regional change foundation and ensure regional people adoption considerations are incorporated into inception planning.
- Develop initial stakeholder impact, engagement, and readiness considerations to inform regional deep dives.
- Build a structured change approach and knowledge base that can progressively transition to the organization.
