The Culinary Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, including managing the culinary staff, menu execution, and food quality and safety.
This is a Full-time position requiring flexible hours during the weekdays (11am-7pm) and every other weekend (7am-3pm) and does require a current ServSafe Manager certification.

Culinary Supervisor qualifications include:
- Current ServSafe Manager certification
- 1 year of Supervisory experience in Culinary services
- 2 years of experience working in health care setting
- Experience working in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred
- Experience working in a Person-directed care community preferred
- Strong knowledge of menu execution and compliance standards for meal service, food quality, and CMS requirements
- Genuine passion for working with elders
- Strong team work and leadership skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
