• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (MSD 365 F&O).

• CPA is NOT a mandatory requirement.

Position Overview

The D365 Finance Consultant (CPA) will lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance across 8 countries (US, UK, Netherlands, India, Singapore, China, Japan, and Australia).

This role is responsible for designing and delivering a global finance template with a shared Chart of Accounts (CoA), while ensuring country-specific compliance, localization, and statutory reporting.

The candidate will act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and Finance leadership, driving global finance transformation, standardization, and scalable ERP architecture across multi-entity, multi-country operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Global Finance Architecture & Template Design

Define and implement a global template for D365 Finance covering:

• General Ledger

• Accounts Payable (AP)

• Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Fixed Assets

• Cash & Bank

• Budgeting

• Project Accounting

Design and govern a shared global Chart of Accounts (CoA) with:

• Common global structure

• Local legal entity extensions

• Financial dimensions strategy for reporting granularity

Establish global standards for financial processes, ensuring reusability across all countries.

Required Experience

• 12–18 years of ERP / Finance Consulting experience.

• 8–10+ years of Dynamics AX / D365 Finance experience.

• Minimum 3–5 end-to-end D365 Finance implementations.

• Proven experience in:

  • Global rollouts across multiple countries

  • Shared Chart of Accounts (CoA) and template-based implementations

  • Multi-currency and multi-entity environments

• Strong exposure to global delivery models across the US, Europe, APAC, and India.

Qualifications

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is preferred but not mandatory.
