Job 1 Details:

Location: Remote

Remote day shift: 7 3 / 8 4 / 9 5 / 10 6
Must have:
Level 1 service desk, ServiceNow/ticketing, password resets, MS Office, Windows support, strong customer service, own equipment, holiday availability.

Job 2 Details:

  • Title: 2 Service Desk Analyst
  • Duration: 3 Months
  • Location: Remote

Work Schedule (Weekend Night Shift):

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM 9:00 PM
  • Sunday: 8:00 AM 9:00 PM
  • Monday: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM

Please note:

Must have: Level 1 service desk, ServiceNow/ticketing, password resets, MS Office, Windows support, strong customer service, own equipment, holiday availability.
