🔹 Job Summary

Manage day-to-day operations aligned with customer environments, ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable network security services.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

Organizational Functions

  • Develop and implement network security architecture, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide L3 support during critical outages and drive resolution end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, TCP/IP).

Technical Expertise

  • Checkpoint Firewall: Implementation, maintenance, VPN (S2S & Remote), IPS, URL filtering.
  • Cloudflare: CDN, WAF, bot management, DDoS protection.
  • Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX): Policy design, implementation, and optimization.
  • Aruba ClearPass (CPPM): Installation, configuration, onboarding, guest services.
  • Authentication: RADIUS, TACACS+, 802.1X, EAP, SAML, SCIM, Azure AD.
  • Networking & Security: ZTNA, Firewalls, IPSec/SSL VPNs.
  • Troubleshoot L2/L3 issues, authentication failures, latency, and access issues.
  • Perform packet capture analysis and automation using Python/PowerShell.

Security Operations

  • Manage Security Incident Management, Change Management, Rule Base Reviews & Optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with NIST and CIS standards.
  • Maintain documentation for network security infrastructure and procedures.

Cloud & Infrastructure

  • Work across Firewalls, Web-Proxies, and Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience with:
    • NAC – Aruba ClearPass
    • WAF – Cloudflare
    • Web Proxy – Zscaler
    • Email Security – Abnormal AI
    • Load Balancer – F5 BIG-IP

🔹 Leadership & Operations

  • Manage and mentor network security engineers and analysts.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities across security operations.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance and risk reports (RAG status).
  • Drive improvements in operations, technology, and service delivery.

🔹 Experience Required

  • 10–12 years overall experience
  • 8+ years in Information Security
  • 6+ years in Security Operations Center (SOC)

🔹 Certifications

  • Preferred: CCSA / CCSE / CCIE or equivalent

🔹 Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering
