Summary

Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Testing Analyst

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Testing Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of SF modules by performing end-to-end testing. The role involves validating HR processes, executing test strategies, and collaborating with functional and technical teams to support successful implementations and enhancements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios for SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
  • Validate HR business processes such as:
    • Employee Central (EC)
    • Recruitment (RCM)
    • Onboarding
    • Performance & Goals (PMGM)
    • Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Conduct end-to-end testing across SuccessFactors and integrated systems (SAP, third-party apps)
  • Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA / HP ALM
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and HR stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage test data and test environments
  • Support UAT cycles, including coordination with business users
  • Validate data migration and data integrity during implementations or upgrades
  • Ensure proper documentation of test results, defects, and reports

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors testing
  • Knowledge of one or more SF modules (EC, RCM, ONB, PMGM, LMS)
  • Understanding of HR processes and workflows
  • Experience with manual testing and QA methodologies (STLC)
  • Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM)
  • Ability to create detailed test cases and execution reports
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) (highly preferred)
  • Knowledge of integration testing (SF with SAP HCM / S/4HANA / third-party systems)
  • Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify, Selenium)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Basic understanding of SAP HCM / Payroll
  • Experience in data migration validation and reconciliation
