Job Role: Senior Breach Analytics & Data Mining Professional
Location: Detroit, Michigan
Hire-Type: Contract
Profile:
Seeking a senior, highly hands-on professional with deep expertise in breach analytics, advanced data mining, and investigative data analysis. This individual should be capable of independently attacking complex problems—not simply operating existing platforms.
Core Requirements:
- Deep, hands-on expertise in breach analytics and advanced data mining
- Ability to analyze very large, complex and unstructured datasets to uncover patterns, relationships, anomalies and compromised/sensitive information
- Strong Python, SQL and/or comparable scripting capabilities
- Ability to write their own AI/LLM prompts and scripts to accelerate data mining, investigation, classification and analysis
- Creative application of AI + scripting + analytics where no predefined methodology exists
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
- Excellent communication and executive-facing skills
- Energetic, intellectually curious, resourceful and highly accountable
- Comfortable operating independently and communicating findings directly to senior PwC leadership
Important: This is not a RelOne/RelativityOne SaaS operator role. Candidates whose experience is primarily centered around operating RelativityOne or similar packaged eDiscovery platforms are not the target profile.
The client is looking for someone who can build, code, investigate, experiment and develop their own analytical approaches.
Ideal profile: A senior practitioner who combines the mindset of an investigator, data miner and engineer—someone who can take an ambiguous breach dataset, determine the right questions, build the scripts and AI prompts, and uncover what conventional approaches may miss.
