Job Overview:
The organization is seeking a Technical Program Manager with experience in enterprise system implementations, business process analysis, and cross-functional technology programs. The candidate will coordinate release planning, track dependencies, and map business processes to system capabilities.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate 5 to 12 years of experience in program management, business process analysis, or business/technology consulting, including enterprise system implementations.
- Utilize strong process management skills for current-state analysis, to-be design, gap analysis, and documentation.
- Apply change management and business communications experience, ideally with sales organizations.
- Maintain a solid understanding of the TFB business domain.
- Map business processes to system capabilities and IT development work.
- Coordinate cross-functional technology programs, including release planning and dependency tracking.
- Demonstrate a working understanding of Salesforce features, B2B processes, and B2B portals.
- Learn custom-built systems quickly and explain their impact on business processes.
- Utilize strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
