Informatica Platform Support Engineer

Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are looking for an Informatica Platform Support Engineer to manage, monitor, and support the Informatica environment. The role involves administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and ensuring platform stability.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for Informatica PowerCenter/IDMC platform
Monitor workflows, sessions, and batch jobs
Troubleshoot job failures and performance issues
Manage deployments, upgrades, and patching
Handle repository and integration services administration
Work with DB teams on connectivity and performance tuning
Maintain documentation and support tickets

Required Skills

Strong experience with Informatica PowerCenter or IDMC
Workflow monitoring and job troubleshooting
Unix/Linux and basic shell scripting
SQL knowledge for data validation and debugging
Experience with scheduling tools (Control-M preferred)
