Position Overview

We are seeking a Python Data Analytics Consultant with strong expertise in advanced statistical analysis, data modeling, and business analytics within large-scale enterprise environments. This role focuses on delivering strategic insights, building analytical solutions, supporting data-driven decision making, and partnering with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Python, SQL, statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, data visualization, and enterprise analytics, preferably within payments or fintech environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced statistical analysis and data modeling to support strategic business initiatives
• Develop analytical solutions and actionable insights using Python, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Partner with cross-functional business teams to understand analytical requirements and business challenges
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and compelling business recommendations
• Design and execute analytical approaches for ambiguous and complex business problems
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau or similar visualization tools
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to support predictive and strategic analytics initiatives
• Support full-stack data analysis, insight synthesis, and executive-level presentations
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, analytics, and strategy teams
• Lead or support enterprise analytics and transformation initiatives
• Maintain data accuracy, reporting consistency, and analytical best practices
• Participate in strategic planning and data-driven decision-making initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or enterprise data analysis roles
• Strong expertise in Python and SQL
• Experience with R or other analytical programming languages
• Strong experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
• Hands-on experience with advanced statistical analysis and modeling
• Experience applying machine learning and applied statistical techniques
• Strong business acumen with strategic and operational analytical capabilities
• Experience translating complex analysis into business insights and recommendations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in consulting or fast-paced customer-facing environments
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, or Applied Social Sciences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in payments or fintech domains
• Experience leading enterprise-wide analytics or transformation initiatives
• Experience handling ambiguous and large-scale analytical challenges
• Strong experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, or Applied Social Sciences
• Experience supporting executive-level strategy and decision-making initiatives
• Experience working in Agile and cross-functional delivery environments
