responsibilities:
- Provide Level 3 production support for Order Management applications and integrations
- Support endtoend OrdertoCash O2C business processes including order capture fulfillment shipping invoicing and returns
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application integration and data issues
- Develop and maintain integrations between Order Management ERP and WMS and external partner systems
- Configure business rules orchestration processes fulfillment flows and exception handling
- Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable cloudbased solutions
- Monitor application health system performance and transaction processing
