Summary

Principal Experience Designer

W2 Only role.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Sponsorship is not available for this position.

We are seeking a Principal or Senior Experience Designer to lead the design of innovative digital products and shape product strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong UX expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive end-to-end product design with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for digital products, SaaS platforms, and workflow optimization tools.
Create user-centered experiences, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, CX, Research, and Engineering teams to define product strategy and deliver impactful solutions.
Present design concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Mentor designers and help establish design standards and best practices.
Contribute to design systems and ensure high-quality, consistent user experiences.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in UX, Product, or Experience Design.
Expertise with Figma and designing complex digital products or SaaS applications.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Experience working independently in Agile environments.
Experience building or maintaining design systems is a plus.
Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry experience is highly preferred.

Work Model: Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Interview Process: Three video interviews, including a portfolio presentation.
