Role: Full Stack .
You'll work across the whole stack: a .NET service layer backing a React + TypeScript workspace, sitting on top of MySQL and SQL Server.
What You'll Do
- Build and ship features end to end schema and migration, API, and UI rather than throwing work over a wall
- Design RESTful APIs in .NET (C#) following our controller service repository layering, with dependency injection throughout
- Build data-dense React interfaces in TypeScript: AG-Grid views, TDS components, Jotai and React Query for state and server data
- Work on audit workflows, findings triage, and security group management features with compliance consequences, where "mostly right" isn't right
- Write unit and integration tests alongside the code (see test/ unit and integration suites are part of the definition of done, not a follow-up ticket)
- Participate in code review, both directions
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years building production backend services in .NET/C#
- Working React and TypeScript experience; comfortable owning a feature's UI, not just its API
- Solid SQL: you can design a table, read an execution plan, and explain why a query got slow
- Testing habits and comfort with Git-based review workflows
- CS fundamentals data structures and algorithms you can actually reason about, not recite
Nice to Have
- HR, operations, finance, or compliance domain experience; or a background in enterprise/B2B internal tooling
- Messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka) or caching (Redis) in production
- Docker, CI/CD pipeline ownership
- ORM depth EF Core, Dapper, or equivalent
- Angular (a secondary framework in our stack)
AI Fluency
We're actively building AI into the workspace. Any of the following is a meaningful plus:
- Integrating LLM APIs (Azure OpenAI, Claude, or similar) into production backend services
- RAG pipelines, vector databases, or structured prompt eng
