Sr. Natural Developer

Introduction:

The Sr. Natural Developer position is an urgent requirement based in Jackson, MS. The role involves working on-site from day one and does not offer a remote option. The project is set to start on 04/06/2026 or to be determined by the client, with a duration of 36 months. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.

Responsibilities:

• Programming experience in Natural and the utilization of ADABAS
• Experience running Natural processes in batch via JCL and/or SCL, and online
• Analysis, design, and programming of large or complex development projects on large-scale Linux systems
• Providing subject matter expertise on system architecture
• Recommendations regarding enhancements to systems and processes
• Developing, maintaining, and updating documentation for procedures, policies, and processes
• Training end users on software
• Knowledge of child support policies and procedures
• Interpreting, designing, and implementing federal and state mandates in Linux systems

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Programming experience in Natural, and the utilization of ADABAS
• Experience running Natural processes in batch via JCL and/or SCL, and online - 10 Years
• Experience in the analysis, design, and programming of large or complex development projects on large-scale Linux systems - 2 Years
• Experience with automated child support systems - 4 Years
• Ability to provide subject matter expertise on system architecture - 3 Years

Business Skill Set/Requirements:

• Ability to provide recommendations regarding enhancements to systems and processes - 3 Years
• Experience developing, maintaining, and updating documentation for procedures, policies, and processes - 3 Years
• Experience training end users on software - 3 Years

Technical/Business Skill Set Requirements:

• Knowledge of child support policies and procedures, and current state and federal mandates as implemented in METSS - 2 Years
• Experience interpreting, designing, and implementing federal and state mandates in Linux systems such as METSS - 2 Years
