job summary:
We are seeking an SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Functional Consultant to join our specialized technology integration team. In this role, you will collaborate on the critical Sovereign Data S4 Solution project, supporting system environments that manage complex international trade compliance. You will play a central role in translating global compliance requirements into efficient, automated technical configurations.

responsibilities:
- Configure, test, and support SAP GTS modules including Compliance Management, Customs Management, Export Control, and Sanctioned Party List Screening.
- Partner with cross-functional business stakeholders, developers, and architects to integrate SAP GTS seamlessly with SAP S/4HANA.
- Write detailed functional specifications, process flows, configuration guides, and end-user testing scripts.
- Facilitate functional integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), executing defect resolution strategies to ensure robust system deployments.
qualifications:
2 to 4 years of functional configuration experience within SAP Global Trade Services (GTS).
Practical integration knowledge utilizing the SAP BTP Integration Suite.
Strong understanding of global trade regulations and customs processes.
Work Authorization: ship or Permanent Residency () required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience configuring Preference Processing or trade content updates in SAP.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead solution design workshops.
Experience supporting massive data migration efforts and post-go-live technical hypercare.
