Role: Facilities Systems Administrator/Business Owner
Location: Culver City, CA
Duration: 6 months
Role Description
The Facilities Systems Administrator / Business Owner is responsible for managing and supporting Archibus and other facilities management systems to ensure efficient workplace operations, data accuracy, and system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support ArchibIWMS platforms.
- Maintain data integrity through audits and validation.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation.
- Manage occupancy, space, work orders, and service requests.
- Gather requirements and support testing of system enhancements.
- Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for system improvements.
- Develop reports and perform operational data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SQL and data querying.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Archibus or similar IWMS/CAFM platforms (TRIRIGA, Planon, FM, etc.).
- Background in Facilities, Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Services, or Space Planning.
- Knowledge of occupancy management, space data, and workplace operations.
- Experience with AutoCAD, UAT, and system implementations.
