Job Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support enterprise initiatives within a structured PMO environment. The role will focus on coordinating project activities, maintaining governance documentation, tracking milestones, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with organizational standards.

The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of professional experience, strong organizational and reporting skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders in a corporate environment.

(PMP certification is NOT required.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables across multiple teams.
  • Maintain project dashboards, RAID logs, execution trackers, and status reports.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting packages, milestone updates, and project health summaries.
  • Manage project documentation, governance artifacts, and release documentation in accordance with enterprise standards.
  • Track risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely follow-up and mitigation.
  • Facilitate recurring governance meetings and ensure action items are completed on time.
  • Assist with resource tracking, budget monitoring, and project planning activities.
  • Maintain centralized project repositories and support PMO governance frameworks.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and leadership.

Project coordinators typically help keep projects organized by maintaining schedules, documentation, and communication between teams to ensure projects stay on track.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a US university (Business, Public Administration, Finance, or related field preferred)
  • 5–6 years of experience in project coordination or PMO support roles
  • Strong experience with project documentation, reporting, and governance tracking
  • Proficiency with project tracking tools and collaboration platforms

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in financial services or enterprise environments
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or Clarity PPM

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
