Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer to support a data integration project involving the migration of data from DB2 to Oracle Fusion.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with SSIS, SQL, DB2, data transformation, and ETL pipelines. Experience with Oracle Fusion integration is highly required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines to extract data from DB2.
- Transform data based on business requirements and mapping rules.
- Load and integrate data into Oracle Fusion.
- Design, develop, and optimize SSIS packages or similar ETL workflows.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Troubleshoot ETL failures, data discrepancies, and performance issues.
- Work with business and technical teams to understand data mapping and transformation requirements.
- Document ETL processes, data flows, and mapping specifications.
- Monitor production ETL jobs and support scheduled data loads.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents related to ETL and data integration.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on ETL Development experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Hands-on experience with DB2
- Strong experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
- Experience integrating/loading data into Oracle Fusion
- Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data integration
- Experience with data mapping and transformation logic
- Experience with data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation
- Strong troubleshooting and production support skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with other ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, ODI, or similar platforms.
