. Customer Account and Identity (CAI Team)

•             Manage customer identity, Account and Account Management experiences for customers and employees.

o             Front-end and back-end development as well as database creation and management

o             Customer Facing experiences for Account Management, Account Sign-In and Account Creation.

Project Description:

General Associate Product Management responsibilities for a product team including:

•             Backlog management

•             Epic and User Story creation

•             Requirements gathering and business to technical translation for the development team

•             Building business cases

•             Quantitative and qualitative data gathering and analysis

•             Inter-team communication

•             External team communications and status reporting.
