Sr SAP Systems Manager – Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to a diverse group of stakeholders, aligning SAP solutions with business strategy and operational needs.

• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, understanding impacts to end-to-end processes and organizational change management.

• Ensure all solutions adhere to SAP best practices to maintain system supportability, scalability, and upgrade readiness.

• Oversee the stability, performance, and ongoing support of SAP systems.

• Lead the successful delivery of SAP initiatives using a blend of internal teams, external partners, and vendors.

• Provide guidance and support to end users to ensure adoption and optimal system utilization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with SAP systems.

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori, with the ability to clearly articulate business value and lead solution design and visioning.

• Demonstrated strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills, paired with strong execution and delivery capabilities.

• Excellent analytical, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and build stakeholder consensus.

• Proven leadership experience, including vendor management and team coaching.

• Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently while delivering results using standard project management methodologies.

• Prior SAP development experience preferred.

• SAP certification preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
