RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Santa Clara, CA that is seeking a Product Analyst - Banking and Payment Systems.
Summary:
The Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM) Product Owner/Product Analyst is an Individual Contributor SME role that works with Financial Crimes (Fraud, Sanctions, KYC, AML), teams on a wide range of initiatives focused on the build out and/or integration into the FCRM systems and business processes.
Responsibilities:
* Act as Business Product owner and/or Business Analyst within the BSA, Sanctions or Payments initiative inside the FCRM organization
* Collaborate with cross functional team members to align on business process design as it relates to solution definition and adherence to FCRM required controls and processes
* Provide status reporting for business side of project-oriented work efforts as Financial Crimes '
* Utilize detailed domain knowledge to determine FCRM system impacts and create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria (KYC, Sanctions, AML, Fraud, Payments & Channels Product Knowledge)
* Demonstrate prior experience in developing seamless end-to-end digital solutions across organizational boundaries
* Identify and define current 'As-Is' business processes and 'To-Be' business processes, conduct gap analysis, analyze requirements and deliver various project artifacts: User stories/Backlog/BRDS, Acceptance Criteria, Definition of Done, User persona, Visio screen mock-ups, Interface designs, Data Mapping and other functional configuration documentations, Conduct JAD sessions
* Participate in Product Increment Planning, sprint planning, and t-shirt sizing activities for assigned work area
* Design and implement effective change management strategies and plans that include the communication strategy, education and training approach, resistance to change, sustaining change after implementation, measuring expected benefits and ROI
* Configure and draft Business Architecture diagrams & workflows
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 8+ years of experience in Product Owner or Business Analyst roles supporting Financial Crimes, BSA, AML, and OFAC
* Financial Crimes & Banking Domain expertise
* Strong knowledge of Financial Crimes Risk Management, including BSA/AML, KYC, Sanctions, Fraud, Payments, and Compliance
* Hands-on experience with CIP, CDD, EDD, Customer Risk Rating, SAR/CTR filing, 314(a)/(b), transaction monitoring, and PEP/adverse media screening
* Working knowledge of payments and banking channels
* Deep understanding of Commercial Banking operations, operating models, and regulatory practices
* Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Lead, or Product Analyst in an Agile environment
* Expertise in backlog management, PI and sprint planning, KPIs, burn-up/burn-down metrics
* Advanced experience producing user stories, business requirements, workflows, wireframes, gap analysis, UAT support, data mapping, SQL queries, deployment and rollback plans, training, and change management
* Strong facilitation skills for workshops and cross-functional working sessions
* Hands-on experience with FCRM and sanctions technology, including OFSAA (KYC Engine, ECM), Fircosoft/Accuity, Bottomline, SAS AML Alert Engine, LexisNexis
* Experience working with core banking systems, payment systems, middleware, and transaction screening platforms
* Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SQL, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint, and reporting/data-warehousing tools (e.g., OBIEE, pivot tables/charts)
* Ability to support global stakeholders across time zones
* Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
* Proven ability to multi-task in fast-paced, regulated environments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
