Position Summary...What you'll do...The Director of Business Strategy will own the strategic direction, roadmap alignment, and operating cadence for the QSR program. This role ensures QSR remains prioritized, coordinated, and positioned to scale by translating market and customer insights into clear priorities and decisions across the organization.
Scope & Responsibilities - Own the QSR strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment to business goals, pilot learnings, and long-term scale ambitions
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Tech, Ops, Finance, CX, and Growth to keep the QSR program focused, sequenced, and moving forward
- Establish and run the operating cadence for QSR, including planning cycles, prioritization forums, and executive updates
- Synthesize market, competitive, and customer insights to identify opportunities, risks, and strategic tradeoffs as the business evolves
Impact on the Business - Keeps QSR strategically aligned and focused on execution as it moves from pilot to scale
- Increases decision velocity and clarity, reducing rework and misalignment across teams
- Enables the business to identify and act on the highest-impact opportunities grounded in customer and market insights
- Provides leadership with a clear, consistent narrative on where QSR is going, what's working, and what needs to change

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

3 years' supervisory experience.
