Job Summary

We are seeking a Manager of Clinical Operations with 3+ years of clinical leadership and operations experience, including 2 years in primary care. Skilled in clinic operations, staff supervision, recruitment, performance management, budgeting, and resource allocation. Experienced in direct patient care, acute and chronic disease management, preventive screenings, and occupational health examinations. Knowledgeable in HIPAA compliance, patient safety, quality improvement, and clinical protocols, with a strong focus on patient satisfaction and care coordination. Idaho APN or PA licensure, prescriptive authority, DEA registration, BLS, and ACLS required.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare management experience
• 2 years of primary care experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field is required
• Active license and certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Current prescriptive authority, DEA registration, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Strong experience in clinic operations management, including:
• Staff supervision and team management
• Recruiting and hiring
• Employee performance evaluations
• Budgeting and resource management for Clinics
• Experience providing direct patient care, including:
• Acute and chronic disease management
• Preventive screenings
• Occupational health examinations
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare regulations, clinical protocols, patient safety, quality improvement, and patient satisfaction
• Experience in client relationship management and coordinating clinical services to ensure high-quality patient care
