Summary
PMC (Production Modeling Corporation) is seeking an Industrial Engineer with 2-5 years of experience that has strong LEAN Manufacturing expertise for a contract that possibly could turn into a permanent, full-time position.
Required Experience and Technical Skills:
We are seeking candidates with 2-4 years of practical, hands-on experience in the following areas:
+ LEAN Manufacturing Continuous improvement, waste reduction, and operational efficiency
+ Time Studies / Work Standards Labor standards, time-and-motion studies, and productivity analysis
+ Manufacturing Layout Optimization Workstation layouts, equipment placement, and production flow
+ Process Mapping / Material Flow Optimization Identifying bottlenecks and improving manufacturing processes
+ Standard Work Documentation Developing and implementing standardized work procedures
+ Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Evaluating current-state and future-state processes
+ Plan for Every Part (PFEP) Material planning, inventory flow, and point-of-use delivery
