Job Description:
We are hiring a Lead SDET with strong experience in payment testing and test automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing manual and automated test cases for Credit/Debit Cards, EBT, and Gift Card transactions while ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and maintain manual & automated test cases
- Perform Functional, Regression and End-to-End testing
- Identify, track, and manage defects using JIRA & Zephyr
- Work closely with development and product teams on testing strategies
- Capture and analyze host/simulator logs for card brand submissions
- Create test plans, test closure reports, and testing documentation
- Validate transaction data accuracy and system performance
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of QA/SDET experience
- Strong knowledge of payment testing (Credit/Debit, EBT, Gift Cards)
- Experience with Splunk, Postman, JIRA, and Zephyr
- Knowledge of ISO & UMF specifications
- Experience with Shell scripting
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
