Job Title: Implementation Analyst

Location: Lincoln, NE / Alpharetta, GA / Milwaukee, WI / 100% Remote

Type: Full Time/W2 with Infinite Computer Solutions

Job Description:

This role serves as the primary point of contact with our clients for all ATM related installations and activities. The Implementations team manages, coordinates, tracks and performs tasks in support Client's ATM clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Directly interfaces with Customers, Vendors and internal resources to manage Implementation activities & needs of Client's ATM clients.
  • Participates in ATM related activities from preliminary planning stages until completion of an Implementation project.
  • Manage projects and associated task plans that are built specifically to the clients boarding requirements
  • Review client specifications and input data configurations into online tools and work management systems.
  • Stage terminals for implementation and monitor during bring live to ensure project success
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to the ATM that occurs during the implementation.
  • Champion client issues for resolution by working independently with various departments to coordinate and troubleshoot
  • Escalate issues to the overall Project Manager or Management when necessary
  • Interface effectively and in a professional manner with clients and internal staff to meet clients expectations
  • May be required to work beyond scheduled hours, including weekends as needed to address issues or concerns with our clients
  • Requires little guidance and supervision from management. Ability to work with a broad network of resources to resolve issues.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, with a high level of confidence.
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical resources, vendors, or clients.
  • Self-learner and Motivated.
  • Ability Navigating complex application configurations and Telecommunication Environments
  • Experience with speaking with Client and/or Vendor in a professional manner.
  • Ability Multi-Task & Meet Deadlines.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree preferred or relevant work experience.
  • 1 -3 years experience in a technical role, supporting or coordinating customer configurations
  • Experience with computer science and/or application support
  • Knowledgeable in Networking principles
  • Experience in Banking, EFT or Transaction Processing Preferred
  • ATM Experience Preferred
