Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong experience managing IT Network Infrastructure Buildouts for New Facilities, preferably in healthcare, hospital, government, or large enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience leading large-scale infrastructure implementation projects involving:

• Network deployment
• Facility technology setup
• Multi-workstream coordination
• Stakeholder management
• Vendor coordination
• Budget and risk management

The PM will oversee planning and implementation activities related to network infrastructure, facility technology deployment, and operational transition activities.

The candidate should be comfortable working with:

• Executive leadership
• IT Directors
• Network engineering teams
• Business analysts
• Infrastructure vendors
• Government oversight teams (VITA)

The PM will drive the project through planning, execution, procurement coordination, deployment, and operational transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for new facility IT/network implementation
• Coordinate network infrastructure planning and deployment activities
• Manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously
• Gather and review technical requirements with network teams
• Coordinate with VITA reviewers and internal IT leadership
• Track project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables
• Facilitate issue resolution and remove project roadblocks
• Support development of Network Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Manage vendor coordination and procurement activities
• Drive technology deployment and transition planning for hospital move/relocation
• Ensure adherence to DBHDS and VITA governance standards

Required Skills & Experience

MUST HAVE

• Active PMP Certification
• 10+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong experience with IT Network Buildout / New Facility Infrastructure Projects
• Experience managing large enterprise or healthcare infrastructure implementations
• Experience managing multiple workstreams
• Strong stakeholder management experience with CIOs, CTOs, senior leadership
• Experience with budgeting, risk management, and reporting
• Experience using MS Project and Microsoft Office tools
• Willingness to obtain VITA PMDP certification within 2 weeks of joining

HIGHLY PREFERRED

• Hospital / Healthcare facility implementation experience
• Facility relocation or move management experience
• Data Center Migration experience
• Experience building or supporting Network BOMs
• Government or state agency project experience
