Business Data Analyst IV

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Business Data Analyst IV to join their team in Atlanta, GA.

Our Finance Analytics team plays a crucial role in supporting Mailchimp's strategic initiatives, business operations, and revenue management. We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Data Analyst to contribute to the ongoing success and evolution of our team. This role will support our established function in delivering valuable insights, driving business performance, and partnering cross-functionally to meet our organization's financial and operational goals.

As a Financial Business Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
* Develop, maintain, and continuously improve business intelligence dashboards in Tableau (primary) and Qlik Sense (nice to have) to support data-driven decision-making across the Mailchimp and QB International businesses
* Partner closely with finance and business stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely financial reporting for cross-functional stakeholders and executive audiences
* Analyze performance trends and surface actionable insights (i.e., identify and decompose trends by drilling down to identify underlying drivers)
* Serve as a technical resource for business partners by answering questions, troubleshooting dashboard issues, and ensuring consistent interpretation of metrics

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in a Finance, Analytics, or Business intelligence role Bachelor's or Graduate degree (Business, Analytics, or Mathematics a plus or equivalent work experience)
* 4+ years of experience with quantitative analysis
* Demonstrated, hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau experience mandatory, Qlik Sense experience is a plus)
* Advanced proficiency with SQL and expertise in wrangling and transforming data
* Proven experience with data visualization (we use Tableau and Qlik Sense for our business-facing dashboards)
* Solid communication skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences and proven experience analyzing data from a variety of different sources
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
