Revenue Recognition BSA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client in Weston, FL is looking for a Revenue Recognition Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support and enhance enterprise revenue recognition processes across CRM, ERP, and revenue subledger platforms.

Summary:
This role partners closely with Finance, Order to Cash, Product Operations, and Business Applications teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and automated revenue solutions. The ideal candidate has strong functional expertise in ASC 606/IFRS 15, hands-on experience with Zuora RevPro, and a solid understanding of multi-system integration flows supporting revenue recognition.

Key Responsibilities:
* Elicit and document business requirements and user stories related to revenue recognition workflows
* Support design and configuration of Zuora RevPro including revenue arrangements, templates, and event processing
* Partner with upstream CRM/CPQ and downstream finance teams to ensure accurate contract, invoice, and GL data flow
* Collaborate with technical teams on integration mapping, ETL logic, and data validation
* Troubleshoot revenue data issues across integrated systems
* Support testing cycles, validate revenue schedules, and ensure end-to-end revenue accuracy
* Contribute to revenue automation, ERP modernization, and process standardization initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong hands-on experience with Zuora RevPro (arrangements, templates, SSP rules, waterfalls, journals)
* Experience supporting revenue processes across Salesforce, D365 and/or Oracle Finance (AR, GL)
* Experience with system integrations, data mapping, and ETL validation
* Solid understanding of ASC 606/IFRS 15 revenue recognition principles
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders
* Ability to document functional specifications, data flows, and business requirements

Preferred Skills:
* Experience with PSA tools (e.g., Certinia)
* Familiarity with integration tools such as Informatica or iHub
* Exposure to revenue forecasting, SKU/product setup, or ERP modernization initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
