Job Description:
12+ years of hands-on experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-throughput, enterprise-scale applications. In this role, you will bridge modern frontend frameworks with robust microservices architectures and cloud-native infrastructure. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, driving key architectural decisions, implementing CI/CD automation, and delivering end-to-end features.
Key Responsibilities
Backend & Microservices Architecture
Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable microservices using Java (17+), Spring Boot, and Python.
Design resilient event-driven systems and real-time data streaming pipelines using Apache Kafka.
Build and optimize complex relational (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL database schemas, write efficient queries, and manage data migration strategy.
Design, implement, and secure robust RESTful APIs and integration services across hybrid cloud environments.
Frontend Development
Create responsive, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces using React and Angular.
Utilize Node.js for server-side operations, API aggregation, and dynamic web application services.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to convert wireframes into modular, reusable frontend component libraries.
Cloud Platform & DevOps
Deploy, manage, and scale applications in AWS using containerization platforms (Kubernetes, Docker).
Maintain and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) for smooth, multi-stage deployments.
Enforce quality and reliability through automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
Required Skills:
Experience: 12+ years of professional full-stack software development experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
Core Java & Frameworks: Deep mastery of Java (Java 17+ preferred), Spring Ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Cloud), and Python backend scripting/services.
Frontend Engineering: Extensive experience with React.js (Hooks, Redux/Context API), Angular, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript standards.
Messaging & Data Streaming: Hands-on experience designing event-driven architectures with Apache Kafka.
Database Mastery: Strong proficiency in SQL databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Cassandra).
Cloud & DevOps: Demonstrated expertise with AWS infrastructure, Terraform, Kubernetes cluster management, Docker containerization, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
Testing & Quality: Proven track record with automated testing practices (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Cypress/Selenium).
Methodology: Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies and driving technical design reviews.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in high-scale telecommunications, fintech, or enterprise IT environments.
Relevant certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer.
Exposure to site reliability engineering (SRE) practices and telemetry/observability tools (Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
