Employment Type: Contract (3 Months)

max rate - $25/hr on w2

Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support for desktop systems, network infrastructure, software, and hardware in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, experience supporting Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, and the ability to resolve technical issues while delivering excellent end-user support.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in an IT Service Desk / Help Desk / Desktop Support role
• Experience supporting Windows, Linux, and macOS environments
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence
• Hands-on experience with SCCM, Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), and remote support tools
• Experience with Okta, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and user account administration
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and desktop/laptop troubleshooting
• Experience supporting Zoom, audio/video conferencing systems, TVs, projectors, and conference room technologies
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux/Unix, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
• Ability to install, configure, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and user access issues
• Excellent communication, documentation, customer service, and problem-solving skills
