Job Summary

We are looking for a SysOps Team Lead to manage and support IT infrastructure, systems operations, and technical support activities. The role involves leading the SysOps team, ensuring system availability, managing incidents, and maintaining secure and reliable IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the SysOps/IT Operations team.
Monitor servers, networks, cloud infrastructure, and critical systems.
Ensure system availability, performance, reliability, and security.
Manage incidents, service requests, and technical escalations.
Troubleshoot infrastructure and system issues and coordinate resolutions.
Manage system deployments, upgrades, patches, backups, and maintenance.
Support cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and reports.
Coordinate with development, security, networking, and other technical teams.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational tasks.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows server administration.
Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure management.
Knowledge of networking, DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, and system security.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
Basic knowledge of scripting such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation concepts.
Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills.
Good leadership and communication skills.
