They are seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack .NET Developer to join their dynamic technology team. This role is ideal for a developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working across both front-end and back-end technologies to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. You'll play a key role in modernizing and enhancing digital solutions that support their core insurance operations and customer experience. Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (required).
3-6 years of professional experience developing enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core/6+, and Angular.
Strong understanding of microservice architecture, RESTful API design, and asynchronous processing.
Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure or AWS preferred.
Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles, unit testing, and agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and attention to detail.

What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown:

30% maintenance
70% new development

Daily Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using C#, .NET (6+), and Angular.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including business analysts, QA engineers, and product owners - to translate business needs into effective software solutions.
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support scalable integration with enterprise systems.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices for architecture, testing, and security.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies to continuously improve team efficiency and code quality.
Support deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes within Azure DevOps or comparable environments.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing applications to enhance performance and reliability.

The Offer

$50-60/hr
3 Month Contract-To-Hire
