OverviewGovCIO is currently hiring to support the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) IT Infrastructure Support Services (ITIS) program.
ResponsibilitiesExperience in a complex Government IT environment.. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve HW, SW, network, and system-related problems. Proficiency in using ServiceNow to document, track, and manage incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up. Ability to follow senior service desk team member direction and quickly escalate issues that cannot be resolved at Tier 1.
QualificationsRequired: 2-3 years' experience. Current ITIL Foundation and/or Practitioner v.4 certifications.
Desired: Current DevSecOps FoundationSM certification from the DevOps Institute.

Posted Pay Range The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process.
