Business Support Manager/Finance Lead

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Support Manager/Finance Lead

Position type: Contract
Duration: 12 months
Location: 3 days onsite in a week in Charlotte, NC

As a Business Support Manager/Finance Lead, you will:

Must have skills:

• Advanced Excel expertise (heavy daily usage; formulas, financial analysis, reporting).
• Heavy financial background including forecasting, budgeting, and allocation.
• VLookup or Pivot Table experience
• Banking/Financial domain experience

• Power BI experience, particularly dashboard creation and reporting.
• Strong PowerPoint skills with ability to produce polished, executive-ready decks.
