Business Support Manager

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Support Manager
 
Position type: Contract to hire
Duration: 12+ months
Location: 3 days onsite in a week in Charlotte, NC
 
As a Business Support Manager, you will:
 
Must Haves:

• Must have at least 10 yrs of experience
• Advanced Excel expertise (heavy daily usage; formulas, financial analysis, reporting).
• Strong PowerPoint skills with ability to produce polished, executive-ready decks.
• Recent experience in a large, fast-paced technology organization performing financial management or business support.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with strong execution skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
• Team-player attitude with agility to take on evolving responsibilities.
• Ability and commitment to work onsite three days per week (mandatory).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Power BI experience, particularly dashboard creation and reporting.
• Prior experience working in similar large financial institutions or nearby organizations.
