Role: Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains Technical Engineer
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)

JD:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) as a Technical Engineer.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics GP upgrades, specifically from GP 2013 to GP 2018.
- Experience in upgrade planning, execution, data migration, and post-upgrade validation.
- Proficient in SQL Server, T-SQL, and database performance tuning for GP environments.
- Strong knowledge of GP architecture, customization, and integration frameworks (Dexterity, .NET, Web Services).
- Experience in troubleshooting upgrade issues, resolving data inconsistencies, and ensuring system stability.
- Hands-on experience with GP modules such as Finance
- Familiarity with third-party integrations and tools used within Dynamics GP ecosystem.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and provide technical guidance during upgrade cycles.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work in onsite/offshore model for State Street engagement.
