Job Description:

Looking for 15+ years of IT Transition Manager experience.
Own end-to-end transition governance aligned to phase gates: Planning & Onboarding, Knowledge Acquisition, Knowledge Transfer, Shadow, Reverse Shadow, Hypercare/Go-Live, and Steady-State 
Develop and manage integrated transition plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables 
Drive execution discipline: ensure all entry/exit criteria and quality gates are met before progression 
Ensure effective stakeholder engagement, communication cadence, and executive reporting 
Track and mitigate risks, issues, and escalations with proactive follow-up and resolution 
Validate knowledge transfer completeness, documentation quality, and operational readiness 
Enforce adherence to process, governance standards, as well as ensuring proper stakeholder sign-offs per the defined methodology 
Support successful go-live, hyper care stabilization, and transition to steady-state governance Qualifications & Capabilities 
Seasoned IT professional with strong ITIL expertise, experienced in Application Management Services (AMS) and driving stable production operations through effective governance of managed service vendors. Proven ability to ensure service reliability, incident resolution, and continuous improvement in a vendor-led support model. Strong project/program management expertise with proven delivery results 
High attention to detail with structured, process-driven execution
Demonstrated ability to manage complex vendor transitions and multi-party environments 
Strong business acumen: ability to quickly grasp and retain complex concepts 
Persistent, accountable, and outcomes-focused with rigorous follow-through Success Outcomes 
Seamless transition across all quality gates with no service disruption 
Fully validated knowledge transfer and operational readiness 
Effective stakeholder alignment and transparent reporting
