Job Title: PC Technician Support

Location: On-site in New Brunswick NJ

Duration: 12+ Months

Responsibilities:

Preferably, the role should involve a mix of Windows 11 desktop support, printer, and LAN/Wi-Fi con- nectivity troubleshooting + mobile device email and DUO multifactor authentication.
Basic wash rinse repeats minor assembling of mobile carts, which is basically a workstation on wheels.
PC refresh experience migrating user-specific local files into OneDrive where applicable (should include transferring user profile data, printer settings, and related application data to a new computer to ensure a smooth transition after a single support interaction).
PC moves requests and setup to new locations.
Basic asset management would be helpful, as the devices need to be tracked when inventoried into the hospital, and how and when they are deployed to which department (in ServiceNow).
Great interpersonal and communication skills are paramount as these individuals will be interact with hospital staff from facilities to board members.
