Position: Data Integration Engineer

Location: NY - Remote

Duration: Long term contract

Note: Looking for Permanent / Visa Independent Consultants

We are seeking a skilled Data Integration Engineer with expertise in Talend, Oracle, and SQL to design, develop, and maintain robust data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ETL processes, database management, and data pipeline optimization.

Key Responsibilities

ETL Development: Design and implement ETL workflows using Talend to integrate data from multiple sources.
Database Management: Work extensively with Oracle databases, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and performance tuning.
SQL Programming: Write complex queries, stored procedures, and scripts to support data transformation and reporting needs.
Data Integration: Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve ETL jobs, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Collaboration: Partner with business analysts, data scientists, and application developers to deliver integrated data solutions.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Talend Data Integration.
Proficiency in Oracle Database administration and development.
Advanced knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize large-scale data workflows.
