Lead Developer – 9 to 11 years 

Tech Lead – 12 + years 

Role:

We are seeking a Lead / Senior Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive design, development, modernization, and production support of enterprise digital applications using React, Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.

The role requires strong hands-on engineering expertise, architecture mindset, customer-facing delivery experience, and the ability to lead teams across application development, legacy modernization, SLA-driven support, incident management, release readiness, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead architecture, design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications using React, Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, microservices, SQL Server, MongoDB, and cloud-native patterns.
• Define engineering standards, reusable components, coding best practices, secure design principles, and scalable frontend/backend architecture patterns.
• Guide teams on modern engineering practices including micro frontends, API-first design, event-driven architecture, automated testing, performance optimization, and production readiness.

• Partner with customers, product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, delivery plans, and modernization roadmaps.
• Lead application support and maintenance for business-critical legacy, hybrid, and modern platforms with ownership of SLA/SLO/KPI-driven delivery, incident response, RCA, problem management, service requests, release support, and stakeholder communication.
• Assess legacy applications and recommend modernization, re-platforming, refactoring, cloud migration, integration improvement, or retirement strategies while balancing business continuity and technical debt reduction.
• Drive automation, monitoring, observability, health checks, capacity planning, operational readiness, and continuous service improvement across application, middleware, database, and cloud layers.

Cloud & Platform Engineering

• Architect, build, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications and services on AWS and/or Azure using containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, environment management, and platform engineering practices.
• Drive scalability, performance optimization, security, DevSecOps controls, release automation, deployment governance, and operational excellence.

• Improve engineering quality through code reviews, automated testing, DevSecOps, observability, security scanning, performance engineering, and production readiness reviews.
• Lead, mentor, and coach cross-functional engineering teams across development, support, modernization, DevOps, and quality engineering while fostering ownership, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership, engineering lead, or senior delivery leadership roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS and/or Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and enterprise full-stack application engineering.
• Experience with Node.js frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS, secure backend development, integration patterns, SQL Server, MongoDB, and cloud-native application design.
• Deep understanding of AWS and/or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, DevSecOps, GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps/Jenkins, SonarQube, and modern engineering toolchains.
• Proven experience leading production support, managed services, or application operations for mission-critical enterprise platforms, including 24x7 support models, incident/problem/change/release management, RCA, troubleshooting, and SLA/KPI governance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, customer engagement, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, Grafana, or ELK Stack is expected for proactive alerting, troubleshooting, and production stability.

 

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Next.js, Redux Toolkit, React Query, Angular Material, RxJS, GraphQL, Kafka, Redis, serverless architectures, or event-driven platforms.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep.
• Experience with AI Engineering, Agentic AI frameworks, LLM integrations, AI-powered SDLC tools, SRE, AIOps, ITIL, or cloud certifications.
• Experience leading platform modernization, digital transformation, global support teams, or regulated environments with audit and compliance requirements.
