Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate application functionality.
- Perform functional, regression, and defect validation testing while documenting, tracking, and resolving software issues.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and improve software quality.
- Prepare testing documentation, analyze test results, and recommend quality improvements to support successful software releases.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, manual testing, regression testing, defect tracking, and enterprise application testing.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with test automation frameworks and enterprise database validation.
- Knowledge of Agile software development and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Experience creating reusable test plans, automated test scripts, and quality assurance documentation.
