Role:SAP S/4HANA Technical Functional Consultant

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Technical Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, BTP, Fiori, and Ariba to support enterprise-wide ERP initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in solution design, business process analysis, implementation, testing, integration, and production support within a large enterprise environment.
This role requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners to deliver scalable SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and document functional specifications
Design, configure, test, and support SAP S/4HANA solutions
Create Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and support Technical Design Documentation (TDDs)
Collaborate with ABAP, Fiori, and BTP development teams for custom enhancements and integrations
Support SAP Ariba and Source-to-Pay business processes
Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production validation
Analyze integration requirements between SAP and non-SAP systems
Develop use cases, process flows, user stories, and functional requirements
Provide end-user training and post-go-live production support
Participate in cutover planning, data profiling, extraction, and cleansing activities
Assist with SAP configuration and continuous process improvement initiatives
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
6+ years of overall IT experience
4+ years of hands-on SAP/SAP S/4HANA experience
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Functional Consulting
Experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional testing
Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and integration concepts
Ability to work with technical teams on ABAP developments and enhancements
Experience supporting integration with legacy and third-party systems
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
