Your Role, Your Impact
  • Drive scalable maintenance strategies to optimize network performance and asset longevity across diverse rail systems.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and safety teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Establish and uphold rigorous reliability standards, proactively addressing risks and minimizing service disruptions.
  • Champion the adoption of advanced technologies and innovative practices to enhance infrastructure resilience and efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous improvement within multidisciplinary teams.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in rail infrastructure maintenance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Expertise in track systems, signaling, asset management, and maintenance planning tools.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, safety standards, and lifecycle management in rail environments.
  • Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire and guide high-performing teams.
  • Prior experience in managing a unionized workforce.
