Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Visual Designer with a strong emphasis on visual design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating engaging and user friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and high fidelity visual designs that align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and visual design.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the design process.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in creating responsive designs for various devices and screen sizes.
  • Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with front end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Experience in working with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor''s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 7 10 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing visual design work.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
